New York, NY – September 14, 2018 – ShoreGroup Solutions, an IT lifecycle services and solutions company that simplifies technology challenges for businesses, announces early success in the sale of the Cisco Customer Journey Platform. The recent customer wins push the company to the forefront of Cisco partners selected to participate in a pilot program to introduce the service to the market. 

Interest in the Cisco platform, which promises to transform contact centers, holds interest for businesses of varying needs and sizes. The idea of turning their contact centers into a strategic business asset with Cisco’s omnichannel cloud contact center solution that uses predictive analytics to lower operating costs and improve business performance holds particular interest for ShoreGroup customers. As two examples of its customers’ varying needs, one planned implementation is a greenfield environment, and the other is a replacement of an existing on-prem, four-hundred agent contact center.

ShoreGroup is one of just 12 existing Cisco Contact Center partners worldwide selected by Cisco to participate in the pilot program and was one of the first to complete engineering, administration, and sales certifications.

Cisco Customer Journey Platform is a contact center solution deployed and managed from the Cloud. It is“native cloud” meaning it was designed and built as a cloud solution. “Many of our customers and prospects are ready to move to a native cloud solution but found existing offerings didn’t have the capabilities available in on-premise system, said Chuck Lucot, ShoreGroup collaboration practice leader. “ShoreGroup is excited to enhance its portfolio of offerings with the Cisco Customer Journey Platform.”
