The recent customer wins push the company to the forefront of Cisco partners selected to participate in a pilot program to introduce the service to the market.
Interest in the Cisco platform, which promises to transform contact centers, holds interest for businesses of varying needs and sizes. The idea of turning their contact centers into a strategic business asset with Cisco’s omnichannel cloud contact center solution that uses predictive analytics to lower operating costs and improve business performance holds particular interest for ShoreGroup customers. As two examples of its customers’ varying needs, one planned implementation is a greenfield environment, and the other is a replacement of an existing on-prem, four-hundred agent contact center.

Cisco Customer Journey Platform is a contact center solution deployed and managed from the Cloud.
